Randy Funk has been faithfully serving the Treasure Valley and beyond for over 15 years and has inspected thousands of homes and commercial properties. Randy Funk Home Inspections provides full-color, comprehensive photo reports on all jobs within 24 hours. Randy Funk Home Inspections offers infrared thermal imaging, radon testing, water testing, lead testing, and meth testing upon request (additional fees may apply). Randy utilizes a proven point check system to ensure that every detail is addressed. Randy is also FHA/HUD 203K Certified and infrared thermal imaging certified. Additionally, Randy is an Idaho Certified Expert Inspector©, a radon and meth testing expert and a former district manager for Roto Rooter. Randy Funk is a US Army veteran and former Dept of Defense employee, who gladly offers military discounts all year long. Randy enjoys time with his family, traveling, and living in Idaho. Randy is well known for his professionalism, clarity and accuracy. He also serves as the President of Idaho Association of Home Inspectors, and he is an instructor for Home Inspector Academy.
